I was lucky enough to visit South Korea in September 1998. It is
surprisingly beautiful and the people are very friendly.Here is a typical market scene
in Namadum Market, Seoul.
Something you will see in the Korea markets that you would have a hard time finding in
the States is Live Octopus.
I managed to catch a big parade in downtown Seoul, these Folk
Dancer were great entertainment.
On the southern coast are many small islands attached to the mainland my bridge, here
is a view of a small marina on Namhea Island.
